Biscuits & Gravy Bake
1 tube (12 oz) Refrigerated Biscuits 6 Eggs 1/2 c Milk 1/2 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 1 lb Cooked Sausage 1 c Shredded Cheese GRAVY: 4 tbsp Butter 4 tbsp Flour Salt & Pepper to taste 2 c Milk |
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Set aside. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, pepper, and salt. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter to start gravy. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Slowly add 2 cups milk. Simmer, stirring, until thick. In a greased 9x13 baking dish, layer biscuits, sausage, cheese, egg mix, and gravy. Bake 350 degrees for 35-45 min or until the eggs on the bottom are cooked. |
